- Please inspect the received items within 48 hours, if there are any quality issues(Excludes breakage caused by wearing and natural imperfections of the pearls), damages items, or received incorrect orders, please contact us immediately.
- We will address the situation promptly, after verifying that it is an inherent quality issue with the product you may return or exchange them. If returns or exchages are required, please ensure that the products are returned in its original condition and can be resale. The shipping fees will covered by us.
- We offer complimentary repair services for any product quality issues that arise within six months of purchase and cover the shipping costs.
- Our store sells only authentic pearls, all products images are unfiltered and taken in real conditions.All prodcuts are personally selected and inspected by us.
