1. Determine the budget: Determine based on different materials, varieties, budgets, and customer preferences. Make selections and trade-offs considering the size of loose pearls, luster, blemish level, style, and the amount of gold used.

2. Design and Style Determination: Pearlory's custom jewelry design is categorized into classic, replica, and designer styles. Classic and replica styles are versatile for everyday wear, while designer styles offer more significance and uniqueness. Consequently, the design, communication, and production processes for designer styles will require more time.

3. Selection of Loose Pearls: Clients can select the loose pearls through one-on-one online video sessions and images. The pearls will be photographed using an unedited camera from different angles under various lighting conditions (such as backlight, cool light, warm light, and natural light).

4. Factory Production: After finalizing all the above details, the production timeline will be determined based on the complexity of the chosen design and the availability of existing inventory.

5. Issuance of Finished Product Certificate: Depending on the type and price of pearls, certificates will be provided, including authenticity certificates (generally used to distinguish between saltwater and freshwater pearls, and to verify if they have been dyed or treated artificially).
If the value of the loose pearls is substantial, we provide internationally recognized certificates for pearl grading, such as GUILD, GLS, or Certificate of Pearl Identification & Grading, and other authoritative certifications.

6. Shipping: Local customers in Brisbane have the option to conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with requirements and standards. For online customers, shipping will be facilitated through Australia Post.
