Exchange & Return Policy

 

  • Discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products without quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • All products are carefully inspected before shipment. The colour, size, material, and length will be clearly and truthfully stated. Please review all parameters carefully before placing an order. 
  • Please inspect the received items within 48 hours, if there are any quality issues(Excludes breakage caused by wearing and natural imperfections of the pearls), damages items, or received incorrect orders, please contact us immediately.
  • We will address the situation promptly, after verifying that it is an inherent quality issue with the product you may return or exchange them. If returns or exchage are required, please ensure that the products are returned in its original condition and can be resale. The shipping fees will covered by us.
  • We offer complimentary repair services for any product quality issues （Eg：pearls fall off, chains break) that arise within six months of purchase and cover the shipping costs by us.
  • For products over six months, we offer repair services for you. However, customers will be responsible for the shipping and repair costs, which will be determined based on the specific condition of the item.

 

  • Our store sells only authentic pearls, all products images are unfiltered and taken in real conditions.All products are personally selected and inspected by us. 
  • Absolutely flawless pearls do not exist, as natural pearls inevitably bear traces of their growth. There are no truly flawless pearls available on the market. Our store strives to ensure the highest quality of our products, and we encourage customers to care for their items properly after receiving them. We strive to meticulously select high-quality pearls that cater to your preferences.
